Main Project Features
This project revitalized a branded waterfront hotel, transforming the existing property into a contemporary hospitality destination. The design introduces sleek lines and subtle curves that soften the six-storey concrete structure, creating a refined and inviting aesthetic. A new conference facility was incorporated to enhance street activity and support business tourism. Positioned along the waterfront, the hotel offers panoramic ocean views and direct sea access, appealing to both business and leisure travellers. Arguelles Architects also managed project logistics and procurement coordination, liaising with local authorities to secure the client’s duty and tax exemption approvals and support efficient project delivery.
