Overview
This project required the re-establishment of a branded hotel in Belize. This new hotel encompasses a modern take on a colonial waterfront property incorporating smooth lines and subtle curves to soften the massing of a six-storey concrete structure. The project incorporates the commercial aspect of a conferencing facility to enhance streetscape activity, while the hotel venue offers ocean views and access to the sea to provide guests with a business and adventure travel experience.
